Jump into the sparkling Gulf of Mexico beneath the shadow of the Coast Guard
Lighthouse. The out and back journey begins and ends at Sand Spur Public Beach
13 Mile Bike
Sprint down shaded boulevards and open road from one end of Gasparilla Island to
the other. Spin past two Lighthouses, beachfront mansions, and backwater bayous
away from downtown congestion.
5K Run Saving the best for last, the run features a mix of spectacular harbor views,
tree lined lanes, plus a zip past the Gasparilla Inn and historical railroad buildings.
The finish line at the Boca Grande Community Center offers the perfect setting to
cool down.
